We allow at least 1-2 hours for set up depending on the package.
We do request at least 30 min for breakdown

Yes we travel.  Set up in Durham are free. We allow 20 free miles with all set ups. Mileage is calculated as round trips. You will receive an invoice that includes your travel fees.

A deposit is required with all bookings. The remaining balance will be due the day before your set up. NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not pack or load the van without the final payment.

All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE! We will make every attempt to reschedule your event.

Yes, we do set up outside. Set ups must be on, dry, flat, and free of any debris. We do not set up on dirt or sand. We keep the children in mind, for outdoor set ups.  We prefer the set up to be under a shaded area. Soft play equipment will get hot quickly. We rent out canopy tents if needed.

Bumper cars can only be set up on hard surfaces if it’s outside.

Yes, we may request additional information if we are not familiar with the venue. Please note stairs, parking or building access will affect set up time. Please also remember to book the venue at least 30 minutes after the party has ended.

Absolutely, we can convert any space into a Lailas Playland. We may request a picture be emailed to booklailasplayland@gmail.com. If you are unsure of the package to book, email us a picture.

No,we do NOT allow face paint. If we see any face paint on any equipment, you will be charged a cleaning fee.

We DO NOT set up in inclement weather, especially rain. We monitor the weather days prior to your event.  We will not set up if there is any % of rain in the forecast. If the equipment gets wet there is a chance it will mold. You will need to have a back up plan just in case it rains.

If the wind gusts are higher than 15mph we will not set up the
bounce house.
